SUNDAE SCHOOL MATCHA SET

2025, FREELANCE (REMOTE)

MERCHANDISE DESIGN, CERAMICS

Sundae School, New York, NY, USA

Commissioned by the Korean-inspired streetwear and lifestyle brand Sundae School.

Designed and handcrafted 2 ceramic matcha sets (bowl + whisk stand) with matcha theming. Prioritized capturing the brand’s Korean heritage in the visuals of the bowls while adding the iconic flower shape of the brand logo. Implemented a layered carving technique to define the images of mountains, clouds, and trees on the side of bowl B.

Bowls to be auctioned off at a sample sale with full proceeds towards Immigrant Defense Project.

**While these sets were photographed with the gummy sold by Sundae Flowers, the commission was from Sundae School (clothing) with the intention of donating proceeds to Immigrant Defense Project. The artist has never partaken and does not condone the use of such products.

Tools Used:
    Clip Studio
    Ceramic throwing wheel
